Deliveries

Standard Deliveries - UK Mainland Only.

If you're not in a rush, fit into our regular delivery schedule and we'll deliver your bisque personally.

We deliver monthly to most areas, some more often, we'll let you know our delivery schedule when you place your first order. We'll usually give you a call the week before our regular delivery to your area to see if you need anything.

Standard delivery charges:

Up to £250.00 order £25.00
£250.00 - £499.00 order £20.00
£500.00 and over Free Delivery

Carrier Deliveries

Urgent orders can be sent by overnight carrier to you at cost, or organise your own carrier to collect.

Packaging will be charged at £2.00 per large box on all carrier deliveries. Damages on all post or carrier deliveries are at the Customer's risk. Due to the nature of the product we prefer to make our deliveries personally.

All offshore and Northern Ireland deliveries are palletised and shipped by carrier. Prices for carriage and packaging on request.

Collections

You are welcome to collect your order, and pay us a visit, we're 5 minutes away from Junction 25 of the M1.

Please place your order at least one day before you intend to collect it and let us know when you're collecting.
