Pallet deliveries
Larger orders are sent by pallet, and some larger/ heavier items are only sent by pallet, in order to make sure they arrive with you safely.
We will work out the best way to send your order, based on size and overall weight, but if you are ordering glaze we will always send a pallet.
Zone 1: Most English Counties (exclusions shown below)

Zone 2:Avon and Somerset, BH postcodes, Devon, Cornwall, Kent, Wales, Cumbria
add £10.00 surcharge to the Zone 1 rates
Zone 3: London
Add £15.00 surcharge to the Zone 1 rate
Zone 4: Scotland
Add £34.00 surcharge to the Zone 1 rate
Carrier Deliveries
Small and medium orders are usually sent by our carrier APC.
We will despatch your order as soon as we receive your payment - as long as that is by 10am
If you pay later than this we will usually send it with the following days courier.
Our carrier charges are based on weight and start at just £14.80
Deliveries to the following areas are now subject to surcharge:
London, Scotland, Northern Ireland (EORI Number Required), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands
Scottish Highland and Island Deliveries are surcharged and may take 2 to 5 days to deliver.
Collections
You are welcome to collect your order, and pay us a visit, we're 5 minutes away from Junction 25 of the M1.
Our opening hours are 10:00 to 14:00 Monday to Thursday and 10:00 to 13:00 on Friday

Collection orders should be placed at least 24 hours before collection. You are welcome to browse and add to your order while you are here.
